As promised Google has launched the free version of gaming steaming service Google Stadia. You no longer have to shell out $129 to purchase the whole bundle. All you need is a Gmail account, the hardware to play games, and you’re good to go.
As of now, it is available in 14 countries that support Google Stadia. Sign up download and start playing your favorite games. You can play games on your PC, Smartphone, or even a Chrome OS tablet. And guess what, you can use your keyboard or a compatible controller too.
To make the deal even sweeter Google is letting you use all pro features for free at absolutely no cost. Pro users can get gameplay streaming at 4K at 60fps. Google has also reduced the default resolution of Stadia Pro to 1080p to reduce the strain on global bandwidth but you can switch to 4K.
