Step 2: Make sure that you are logged in with the same email which is used for Playstore.
Step 3: Now tap on the “Become a Tester”. After some time you will be enrolled in the beta testing program. It may take 24hr also to become a beta tester, so be patient.
Step 4: To confirm if your application has been accepted, go to the above link again. And if you see “Welcome to the testing programme” that means you have been registered.

Step 5: Now go to Playstore and search WhatsApp. Most probably you will receive an update and you can see the name of the app changes to Whatsapp Messenger(Beta). Also description will indicate that you are a beta tester.
